One of the many things we teach and pass on to our children the basics of hygiene, this was in one of the many kindergartens of pripyat. I think the hook was where you placed your towel. And the badge was also on your locker door where shoes and possibly a change of clothes was kept. Just on top of this there some cups one with a toothbrush and the other toothpaste.
