Found these supply crates in an abandoned airbase, which was used during the war, crates carried various supplies from around the world like apples from canada and australia, oil and pears from USA, and most important some crates of cylindrical sticks of explosive substitute in brown waxed paper wrappers with blue printing and a blue band round the middle, printed: ‘POLAR AMMON’; ‘GELIGNITE No.2. from scotland, probably via belfast.
