This work is not about spectacle or thrill-seeking. It focuses on memory, atmosphere, and capturing the lives we’ve left behind before they disappear.
The Palladium Cinema, Ballymoney
From “The Ranch” to ruin — remembering a lost landmark and the memories it left behind.
Opened in 1936, the Palladium was once at the heart of Ballymoney’s entertainment. I returned to its abandoned remains three times between 2011 and 2017, making my final visit in the week the building was demolished.
