At Irishmanlost, every print is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. The following information explains how we process and ship orders.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 working days.

  • Limited edition prints may require additional preparation time due to signing, numbering, or specialist printing.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

If there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Destinations

Irishmanlost currently ships throughout:

  • United Kingdom

  • Republic of Ireland

  • Selected international destinations

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Northern Ireland & Great Britain: 2–5 working days

  • Republic of Ireland: 3–7 working days

  • International: 7–21 working days (depending on destination and customs)

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and are based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Size of artwork

  • Weight of the package

  • Delivery service selected

Any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging

Every print is carefully packaged using protective materials to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

Where appropriate, prints are shipped in reinforced mailing tubes or protective flat packaging, while framed artwork is securely wrapped using specialist packaging materials.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  1. Photograph the packaging before opening if possible.

  2. Take photographs of any damage to the artwork.

  3. Contact Irishmanlost using the website contact form within 48 hours of delivery.

This helps us resolve the issue with the courier as quickly as possible.

Lost Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us through the website contact form, and we will investigate with the delivery provider.
