1. About Us

Irishmanlost is a sole trader based in Northern Ireland, specialising in fine art photography, limited edition prints, open edition prints, and framed photographic artwork documenting Ireland's forgotten and disappearing places.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this website and purchase products.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the website.

3. Products

Every effort is made to display products, colours, and images as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, monitor calibration, or device settings.

As each print is professionally produced, slight variations may occur between the images shown online and the final printed product.

Limited edition prints are produced only in the stated edition size and are supplied signed and numbered where specified.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).

Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Prices do not always include delivery charges, which will be shown during checkout where applicable.

5. Payment

Payments are securely processed through Squarespace's approved payment providers.

Irishmanlost does not store or have access to your payment card details.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

6. Order Acceptance

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We will confirm your order once your items have been dispatched.

Irishmanlost reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including but not limited to pricing errors, stock availability, suspected fraudulent activity, or unforeseen circumstances.

If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.

7. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Irishmanlost is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier services

  • Customs processing

  • Severe weather

  • Industrial action

  • Circumstances beyond reasonable control

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us promptly if there is any damage.

8. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to the separate Returns Policy for full details.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, be sure to get in touch with Irishmanlost as soon as possible with photographs of the damage.

Where appropriate, a replacement, repair, or refund will be offered in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

As photographic prints are often produced to order, personalised or custom-made products may not be eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.

Nothing within these Terms affects your legal rights under UK consumer legislation.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all photographs, artwork, text, graphics, logos, branding, designs, and website content remain the intellectual property of Irishmanlost.

All content is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce images

  • Download images for commercial use

  • Modify or edit artwork

  • Sell, redistribute, or licence any content

  • Use images in print or online publications without written permission

Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
